1) If the client’s credit card is refused by the bank, the hotel can turn down reservation.
2) In case of No-Show or Cancellation within 24 hours before the check-in time (4 P.M.), the hotel will charge a 1 night penalty fee.
3) Upon arrival, a Passport or Identity Card, Credit card or cash deposit (50 euros minimum) are required upon check-in for incidental charges.
Note: Special condition may apply for fair dates, Easter, New Year and Special Events.
